WEC Business Services LLC, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking an IT Team Leader - ERP Applications in our Milwaukee, Wisconsin location. This position currently offers flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement (remote/on-site) with time regularly spent in the office.

Job Summary
The Applications Team Leader is responsible for the supervision of a group of developers that support and enhance Information Systems and participate in the full cycle development process. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the preparation and tracking of work plans, administration of the performance management process, coaching and development of the group. The Team Leader-Applications will also have development or support responsibility for the Information Systems supported by the group. Responsible for integration of the work and systems supported by their group with work done by other groups on the same system or on other systems.
The ERP Applications team is responsible for support and administration of the SAP landscape and related systems. This is a complex environment supporting a diverse set of business functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Payroll and Plant Maintenance. The Team Leader is responsible for not only coaching and development of team members but also for partnering with our internal customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications and platform capabilities that enable business operations and support organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and subject matter experts to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
- Design, implement, and oversee scalable application solutions and integrations, ensuring alignment with established architecture, security, and governance standards.
- Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to application-focused developers, analysts, and technology professionals, establishing best practices, fostering collaboration, and promoting continuous learning.
- Manage the lifecycle of application initiatives, including planning, development, implementation, support, performance monitoring, and ongoing optimization to maximize business value.
- Administer, support, and continuously improve application platforms and capabilities, ensuring reliable, secure, scalable, and cost-effective operation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, or related technical Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of development experience
- Experience in all phases of the full cycle development process
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience with ERP applications, specifically SAP
- Experience with integrating multiple applications and systems
- Demonstrated project delivery experience involving schedule, budget, risk management, and providing work direction
- Experience with coaching and providing constructive feedback
- Demonstrated organizational and planning skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Previous leadership experience

Pay Range Minimum: $104,083.72
Pay Range Maximum: $156,125.32
The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs. At WEC Energy Group, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
