IT Infrastructure Consultant
WBS, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking an IT Infrastructure Consultant in our Milwaukee, Wisconsin location. This position currently offers flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement (remote/on-site) with time spent in the office.
This position is part of a job family (Associate IT Infrastructure Consultant, IT Infrastructure Consultant, and Senior IT Infrastructure Consultant) where experience will be the determining factor. If you are currently in this Job Family, it will be a lateral move.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting and enhancing software and/or data analytics solutions. Tasks involve designing, modifying, developing, testing, configuring and implementing programs, scripts, processes and procedures (or decommissioning the same).
- Learns the tools and platforms used by the team; learns and applies the team’s standards and processes; learns and the business area’s processes, applications and objectives; applies analytical skills and consults with others to solve problems; develops sound execution plans to complete tasks and/or solve problems; provides day to day client support as experience and expertise allow; builds relationships within IT; contributes to the team’s success through individual contribution and collaboration.
- Develops and uses a variety of IT skills across four main disciplines or areas of emphasis: Systems Analysis & Administration, Software Engineering & Development, Project Management & Delivery and Data Analytics & Architecture.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or other related degree
- A strong technical understanding of application development practices, and strong analytical skills
- SAP experience
- SharePoint user experience
- Financial acumen

Pay Range Minimum: $66,898.00
Pay Range Maximum: $132,708.94
The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs. At WEC Energy Group, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
