Job Summary
The Executive Assistant provides administrative support for the Vice President, Customer Service and Directors within Customer Service. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, scheduling and coordinating a wide variety of work assignments, routinely involving confidential matters. The Executive Assistant is responsible for proactively monitoring and ensuring timely response to executive issues and interacts frequently with company personnel at all organizational levels, including third parties.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage the calendars including scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts
- Make travel arrangements as needed, submit receipts for payment, order supplies for multiple departments, and fulfil miscellaneous other administrative duties as assigned
- Assist with organization of meetings and supporting materials
- Supporting performance management and salary calibration meetings
- Manage a variety of files and processes, both routine and highly sensitive
- Follow up on assignments with other employees to ensure deadlines are met
- Act as back up for other executive assistants, as needed
- Coordinate departmental meetings and functions
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience providing high level administrative support
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook and ability to quickly become proficient in company and department applications
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and a wide variety of assignments with tight deadlines
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated initiative and organization skills in order to manage multiple priorities and a wide variety of assignments with tight deadlines
- Demonstrated skills in customer service, accountability for assignments, attention to details and meeting commitments
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates degree
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Knowledge of AI tools for document drafting
- Knowledge of labor unions/contractual agreements

Pay Range Minimum: $28.61
Pay Range Maximum: $42.92
The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs. At WEC Energy Group, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
