Job Summary

The Specialist position has a global view of work and deadlines and can direct efficient and productive utilization of design and construction resources to manage and meet our customer’s needs.

 

This is a job family posting (Specialist I/Specialist II/Specialist III), experience will be the determining factor for placement in the job family.

Job Responsibilities

  • Construction and design resource scheduler, scheduling design and construction resources for both electric and gas projects across customer field operations.
  • Subject matter expert for the scheduling tools.
  • Provides training and support to personnel within customer field operations.
  • Compiles work load data for conference calls to discuss construction and design resource needs.
  • Gathers weekly metric data for distribution to the Customer Service Supervisors and Managers.
  • Strong focus on process compliance and education on correct processes.
  • Creates and defines new processes.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years’ of related experience will be considered
  • Specialist II requires 3 to 5 years of related experience
  • Specialist III requires 8 years of related experience
  • Valid Driver's License 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple systems and different customer groups 
  • Experience in creating and documenting processes in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with creating presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Training experience

End Date: 06/12/2025 

 

Pay Range Minimum:  $66,898.00 

Pay Range Maximum:  $132,708.94 

 

The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs.  At WEC Energy Group, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
