Intern - Process Management & Business Support
WBS, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking an Intern - Process Management & Business Support in our Pewaukee, WI location. This internship is full-time during the Summer of 2026 with the potential to work part-time during the academic year. The hourly rate for this internship is $20.30 with paid company holidays. This position offers flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement (remote/on-site) with time spent in the Pewaukee Data Center office.

Job Summary
The responsibilities of the Intern- Process Management & Business Support are to support Customer Service and Operations (CSO) by performing business analysis and working with the business to aid in the decision-making needs of CSO.
Job Responsibilities
- Working under the direction of a mentor, build working knowledge of electric and gas distribution through exposure to a variety of facilities and work flow
- Following established procedures, ensure systems are operating as designed, evaluate requests for changes to systems, conduct routine system maintenance/configuration, and document system processes and procedures
- Assist with business process and data analysis
- Perform trouble shooting for user identified issues in Work Management systems
- Execute Work Management system testing and training as required
- Participate in staffing the Work Management help desk during business hours to support customer needs
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or HSED
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Science, Data Analytics or related degree with a graduation date after June 2026
- Minimum GPA of 2.8
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates with project management, business analysis, or process improvement experience are preferred

Pay Range Minimum: $20.30
Pay Range Maximum: $23.43
The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs. At WEC Energy Group, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
