We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking to fill a Seasonal Customer Consultant opening at our Downtown Milwaukee location.

Job Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Customer Consultant, you are responsible for identifying theft and fraud against the company and customers, monitoring and updating customer accounts and compiling statistical data for residential, farm, and business customers. This position is entrusted with confidential customer information including addresses, unlisted phone numbers, Social Security numbers, unpublished financial data and other billing information.
Successful applicants must possess customer contact or call center experience. Computer experience is required. Previous investigative and research experience is a plus.

- The available shift for this position is Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
- A typical season is mid February through late December
- The starting wage for this position is $24.29/hr
- Any onsite testing and interviews prior to employment, will take place at our Milwaukee location
Testing Requirements
Selection System for Customer Service (SACS): This test is a multitasking simulation that places the candidate in a realistic environment and directly measures the candidate’s ability to switch among job-related tasks, while maintaining the quality and accuracy critical in customer service positions.
Customer Care Center Structured Interview (CARECTR): Competencies include: Building Customer Loyalty, Applied Learning, Decision Making, Adaptability, Engagement Readiness, Work Standards, and Communication Skills.

Minimum Posting Range: $24.29
Maximum Posting Range: $26.96
The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs. At WEC Energy Group, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
