Job Summary
The Project Controls Supervisor – Scheduling plays a pivotal role overseeing the overall schedule management process for the program. This role is responsible for leading a team of scheduling professionals, providing guidance, and implementing best practices to optimize schedule management processes and drive project success.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall schedule management process, providing work direction to team members while also performing own responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of scheduling professionals, setting clear objectives and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
- Mentor team members and facilitate their professional development
- Ensure schedule management processes, procedures, and guidelines are maintained, standardized, and consistently adhered to
- Oversee the development and maintenance of sound, CPM logic based, quantity loaded project schedules used to manage workflow across the project life cycle
- Develop, maintain, coordinate, and review various metrics, dashboards, reports and deliverables used to evaluate and measure schedule, project, and program performance
- Lead and participate in initiatives for process improvement
- Support recruiting/hiring process as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years supporting project lifecycle and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferred Engineering, Business, or Construction Management disciplines
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in schedule management, project management, or related leadership role
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6
- Knowledge of project and program scheduling principles, including the management of integrated schedules across multiple projects and work streams
- Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale construction programs
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as PMBOK

Pay Range Minimum: $104,083.72
Pay Range Maximum: $156,125.32
The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs. At WEC Energy Group, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
