Student - Meter Painter
Minnesota Energy Resources, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking Student - Meter Painters (Student Worker) in our Rosemount, Minnesota location.
These are full-time summer positions beginning in May or June. This position is full-time Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm during the summer months.
Starting Pay: $18.66

Job Summary
Summer students provide general assistance and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by various departments in the corporate and district offices, service center, warehouse, and surrounding locations.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting
- Perform painting (primarily meter sets), cleaning, and housekeeping duties
- Load, unload, and store material
- Assist with janitorial tasks such as minor repairs, changing light bulbs, etc.
- Enter data and operate computers
- File documents
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma, HSED, or GED
- Enrolled as a part-time/full-time student pursuing a Technical, Associate, Bachelor, or Master's Degree
- A valid driver’s license
- This position requires you to use your personal vehicle to travel to various work sites throughout the day

Pay Range Minimum: $18.66
Pay Range Maximum: $18.66
The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs. At WEC Energy Group, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
